Comfort takes on new role at BBC

Andy Comfort, acting news editor for BBC Radio Humberside, has been named senior journalist team manager for the Hull Local Story Team.

Comfort joined the broadcaster in April 1995. He has worked as a senior presenter for BBC Radio Humberside and as a senior broadcast journalist and presenter.

He also served as a breakfast show presenter and as a senior broadcast journalist for BBC Radio Humberside.

Comfort graduated from the University of Stirling in Scotland.
