Columbus, Ohio TV station reporter Cheung departs

Karina Cheung

Karina Cheung, a reporter and MMJ at WCMH-TV Ch. 4, an NBC-affiliate in Columbus, Ohio, has left. Her tweet reads:

“As for what’s next, stay tuned. Just know that Columbus is home and I won’t be leaving this city! I’m so excited for new opportunities and new dreams!

Cheung covered general assignment stories and breaking news, and was responsible for the education beat. She reported for WHP-TV Ch. 21, a CBS, MyNetworkTV and CW affiliate in Harrisburg, Pa., and for WTAJ-TV Ch. 10, a CBS station in Altoona, Pa.

Cheung has a B.A. from Temple University.
