Stephanie Rivera will be joining Colorado Public Radio as an audience editor. She comes from the Long Beach Post in California, where she worked for over 6 years, most recently as a community engagement editor.
She has also held other roles at the Post, including public safety reporter, assistant editor, news editor, and diversity and immigration reporter. She was also a budget editor at City News Service in West Los Angeles and has also edited and written for Patch.com.
She was also an intern at the Orange County Register.
Rivera has a B.A. in journalism from CSULB Journalism & Public Relations.
