Barak Ravid will join CNN as a political and foreign policy analyst based in Washington, D.C. Currently, he serves as a politics reporter and Middle East expert at Axios, where he covers foreign policy and the 2024 election.
Ravid has worked for Axios from Israel and Washington, where he served as a politics and foreign policy reporter.
He also spent 10 years as chief diplomatic correspondent and commentator at Haaretz newspaper in Israel. He held the same roles at Channel 13 news in Israel.
Ravid has a B.A. from the Tel Aviv University in Israel.
