Megan Mitchell will join NBC station WLWT-TV Ch. 5 in Cincinnati as a weekday anchor and reporter. Previously, she worked at the station from July 2016 to February 2023 as a weekend morning anchor and reporter.
Recently, Mitchell served as an anchor and reporter at Dallas’ ABC outlet WFAA-TV Ch. 8.
She also worked as a morning news anchor and reporter at KFYR-TV Ch. 5, an NBC and Fox affiliate in Bismarck, N.D. She also interned at NBCUniversal and MSNBC.
Mitchell has a B.S. in broadcast journalism from Emerson College.
