Cincinnati Enquirer taps Almendarez to cover Northern Kentucky

Jolene Almendarez has joined the Cincinnati Enquirer to cover Northern Kentucky. Recently, she was a reporter at Cincinnati Public Radio.

Almendarez previously worked freelance and reported for Syracuse.com and the San Antonio Express-News. She also served as managing editor of The Ithaca Voice.

Almendarez graduated from the University of Alaska Anchorage.
