Chron.com appoints Perera food editor

John-Henry Perera

John-Henry Perera has joined Chron.com as a food editor. Recently, he was a food writer at The Houston Chronicle, where he joined in October 2019 as part of the specialty social media community engagement team.

Previously, from August 2013 to September 2019, Perera worked as a web producer I and II at Chron.com, a post he also held at Houston Fox outlet KRIV-TV Ch. 26.

Perera graduated from the University of St. Thomas in Texas.
