Chicago’s ABC station WLS-TV hires Minor as race and culture reporter

Chicago ABC News station WLS-TV Ch. 7 has hired Jasmine Minor as a race and culture reporter. Recently, she was an investigative reporter at WISH-TV Ch. 8, a CW affiliate in Indianapolis, Ind.

Previously, Minor was a morning news reporter at Cincinnati ABC station WCPO-TV Ch. 9  and also reported for WFTX-TV Ch. 36, a Fox affiliate in Cape Coral, Fla.

She also worked at ESPN and is a two-time Emmy-winning anchor.

Minor has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon and a master’s degree from Northwestern University.
