Chicago Tribune reporter Johnson departs for law school

Charles J. Johnson

Charles J. Johnson, home-page editor and ad-hoc reporter at the Chicago Tribune is leaving to attend law school with a focus on labor and employment law.

Johnson has been with the company for more than 9 years and before that was a web master at Entercom. He has also worked as a reporting intern for Metro Eireann, a weekly newspaper based in Dublin, Ireland.

Johnson is a B.S. in journalism from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
