Channel 4 News hires Samson as Scotland correspondent

Kathryn Samson

Channel 4 News has appointed Kathryn Samson as its Scotland correspondent. Recently, she was a Westminster editor at STV Group, where she previously held the post of Westminster correspondent.

Samson was a political reporter and presenter at ITV, where she worked for five years. She was also a broadcast journalist at BBC Scotland.

Samson has an M.A. from the University of Glasgow.
