Tim Chan has taken on the role of VP of commerce at Penske Media Group.
In his new role, Chan will oversee lifestyle, shopping and e-commerce coverage for the company’s brands, including Rolling Stone, Variety, The Hollywood Reporter, Billboard and Vibe.
Previously, he worked as a lifestyle and market editor and then as senior director of commerce at Rolling Stone.
He also served as director of commerce at Billboard and has previously worked as managing editor of Penske Media Corporation.
He was also a producer at Bell Media.
Chan has a B.A. from McGill University and a M.S. from Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism.
