CBS News hires Hidalgo as news desk editor

Melania Hidalgo

CBS News has tapped Melania Hidalgo to serve as a news desk editor in its London bureau. She joined from CNBC, where she worked as a news assistant and assistant producer.

Hidalgo was an editorial assistant at both People Magazine and the New York Magazine. She interned at The Hollywood Reporter.

Hidalgo graduated from Northwestern University.
