CBS CFO Rubin adds role of COO to title

Bryon Rubin

Bryon Rubin, chief financial officer at CBS has taken on an additional role, serving as the company’s chief operating officer.

Along with managing his current duties, he will also be overlooking and managing the responsibilities of COO of CBS.

Rubin has held important positions since joining CBS in 1999, including executive vice president, chief financial officer of the CBS Television Network, executive vice president of corporate development for CBS Corporation, and chief financial officer of CBS Interactive.

Prior to joining CBS, he worked in investment banking and public accounting.

Rubin is a graduate of Lehigh University and the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
