CBC journalist Mohyeddin departs

Samira Mohyeddin

Samira Mohyeddin, a host and producer at CBC, wrote on X/Twitter:

“I have made the difficult decision to resign from the CBC & pursue other opportunities & my passion project.”

Mohyeddin interned at, and held the posts of associate producer, producer and radio host at CBC. She freelanced for Vice Media, the Toronto Star and the National Post.

Mohyeddin has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Toronto and a master’s degree from the University of Toronto-University College.
