Carter appointed director at BuzzFeed News

Terry Carter Jr.

BuzzFeed News has tapped Terry Carter Jr. to serve as a director. Recently, he served as deputy director of pop culture and celebrity news.

Before that, Carter was a senior editor and celebrity strategy manager, and pop culture/trending stories editor. He covered breaking and trending entertainment and celebrity news for REVOLT.TV.

He was an editorial assistant and assistant editor at POPSUGAR and worked as a web content producer at Vibe Media.

Carter graduated from Brooklyn College.
