The Walrus, an independent, non-profit Canadian magazine, has named Michelle Cyca and Tajja Isen as contributing writers.
Previously, Cyca contributed to Maclean’s, The Walrus, Canadian Business, Romper, The Vancouver Sun and The Tyee.
Cyca has a B.A. from the University of Victoria and a master’s degree from the University of British Columbia.
Recently, Isen was the editor in chief of Catapult Magazine, where she initially served as an editor. Before that, she held various posts at the Walrus, including digital editor.
Isen has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Toronto – Victoria University and a master’s degree and J.D. from the University of Toronto.
