Canada’s The Breach appoints Paling coordinating editor

Emma Paling

Canadian news outlet The Breach has hired Emma Paling as a coordinating editor. Previously, she was a senior writer on the digital team at CBC News.

Paling also covered the Ontario legislature for HuffPost. As a front page editor, she ran HuffPost Canada’s homepage and social media accounts. She worked freelance for Vice Canada, Vice News, Motherboard, and Broadly.

Paling has a bachelor’s degree from Carleton University and a master’s degree from the University of Guelph in Canada.
