Adriana Heldiz will join CalMatters as an assistant visuals editor. Recently, she was a multimedia journalist at the San Diego Union-Tribune.
Heldiz interned at and was a multimedia producer at Voice of San Diego, where she worked for more than five years.
Heldiz graduated from San Diego State University-California State University, where she worked as a video editor at the student newspaper, The Daily Aztec.
