BuzzFeed News hires Longo as an entertainment editor

Joseph Longo

Joseph Longo has joined BuzzFeed News as an entertainment editor to cover all things Hollywood and the entertainment industry. Recently, he was an associate celebrity editor for Elite Daily at BDG.

Longo freelanced for the Wall Street Journal, Men’s Health, New York Magazine, BuzzFeed News, and Condé Nast publications. He worked as a contributing writer and staff writer at MEL Magazine.

He interned at, The Daily Beast, Entertainment Weekly and The Associated Press.

Longo has a B.S. in journalism from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
