BuzzFeed News appoints King managing editor

Jamilah King

Jamilah King is now managing editor at BuzzFeed News. Previously, King served as deputy inequality reporter, a role in which she managed and edited a global team of reporters who cover racial, gender, and economic inequality.

King worked as race and justice reporter and hosted a weekly national politics podcast at Mother Jones. She was a senior staff writer at Mic.
