Buffalo News enterprise reporter Dewey set to depart

Caitlin Dewey

Caitlin Dewey, an enterprise reporter at The Buffalo News, is set to depart after five years. Her last day is Oct. 6. She wrote on X/Twitter:

I’m tackling a few creative projects and getting serious about my semi-neglected newsletter. I’m also looking for new freelance work. If you need someone who can cover silly memes and serious policy with equal ease, I’m your girl.

Prior to joining the Buffalo News in September 2018, Dewey was a reporter at The Washington Post. She was also an associate web editor at Kiplinger Washington Editors and a reporter at News21.

Dewey has a B.A. in magazine journalism, international relations and Spanish from Syracuse University.
