Carolyn Bruck will start at Scripps News as an anchor on Oct. 30. In her new role, she will join a team of anchors who deliver live news programming on weekdays from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
Commenting on her new role, Bruck said:

This is a fantastic opportunity to provide viewers with information and insight in the context of the most interesting events and stories, as they happen. This job has taken me across the U.S., and I’m now thrilled to have a new home with Scripps News on a national stage.”
Since August 2015, she has been a TV news anchor at Charlotte NBC station WCNC-TV Ch. 36.
She also worked in Columbus, Ohio at WSYX-TV Ch. 6, an ABC, MyNetworkTV and Fox affiliate, and at Columbus Fox station WTTE-TV Ch. 28. She was also a nightly news anchor at Fresno NBC station KSEE-TV Ch. 24.
Bruck graduated from the University of California.
