Brown joins New York magazine as features writer

New York magazine has welcomed back Lane Brown as a features writer, writing across a range of topics, including a monthly column for Vulture. Previously, Brown worked at the magazine from January 2012 to May 2019 as a culture editor.

He has also worked as a senior editor, launching and editing Vulture at New York magazine.

Brown joins from Pitchfork, where he was a special projects editor.

Brown has a B.A. from New York University.
