Brand swaps NBC News for CNN

Anna Brand

Anna Brand, senior editor for news projects at NBC News will leave to join CNN Digital as managing editor for the global data and graphics team.

Brand has been with BC News for more than seven years, previously serving as special projects and planning editor. She also assigned, wrote and edited breaking news and political stories during the 2016 presidential election cycle.

She was homepage editor at MSNBC Digital and was a homepage editor and reporter at The Daily Beast. She also worked at AOL and Time Out New York.

Brand graduated from Syracuse University.
