Cam Rodriguez will join the Better Government Association’s Illinois Answers Project team as a data reporter.
Currently, Rodriguez is a data and graphics reporter at Chalkbeat, where her last day will be May 19.
Previously, she was a racial justice reporting hub writers’ room fellow at the Chicago Reader. She freelanced for South Side Weekly and interned at USA Today and WTTW-TV Ch. 11, a PBS-member station in Chicago, Ill.
Rodriguez has a bachelor’s and master’s degree from DePaul University.
