BBC journalist Sekkai departs

Rachid Sekkai

Rachid Sekkai, a journalist at BBC News, has left after 26 years. He has joined the University of Southampton as a doctoral researcher, where he is also a blog editor.

During his time at the BBC, Sekkai held various posts including reporter, producer, senior journalist, ad-hoc reporter and media trainer.

Sekkai has a master’s degree from the University of Westminster.
