Recently, Bayer was at Politico Europe, where she worked for more than five years. There, she held the posts of budget reporter; transparency, lobbying and rule of law reporter, and recently served as senior reporter for NATO and central Europe.
She freelanced and interned at U.S. House of Representatives.
Bayer has a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University and a master’s degree from the University of Oxford.
