Baker joins Salt Lake Tribune as videographer

The Salt Lake Tribune has hired Bethany Baker as a videographer with support from Report for America. Previously, she was a photojournalist at The Coloradoan in Fort Collins, Colo.

She begins new role on May 31.

Previously, Baker was a photojournalist at The Billings Gazette in Montana and The World in Coos Bay, Ore. She has also worked as a freelance photojournalist with The Times of Northwest Indiana.

Baker has a bachelor’s of fine art degree in photography from Indiana State University, and is pursuing a master’s in journalism from Harvard University.
