Axios investigative reporter Chemtob departs

Danielle Chemtob

Danielle Chemtob, an investigative reporter at Axios in Charlotte, N.C., has left. Her tweet reads:

“I’m immeasurably grateful for the opportunity I’ve had to dive deep on the issues facing our city, from urban renewal to affordable housing. I’m so excited for what’s next, so stay tuned.”

Previously, Chemtob was a growth and development reporter at The Charlotte Observer. She freelanced for HuffPost and interned at The Wall Street Journal and Triangle Business Journal.

Chemtob graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
