Metro.co.uk has appointed Jess Austin a host for its podcast “My Platform,” which hosts talk between the authors of first-person pieces and the opinion section’s most-read articles of the past few years.
Recently, Austin served as first-person and opinion editor. Before that, she held the posts of communities producer and deputy communities editor. She was also a blogs assistant at The Huffington Post and Leeds co-editor at The Tab.
Austin graduated from the University of Leeds.
