Atlanta-based radio reporter Dalton departs

Martha Dalton

Martha Dalton, a senior reporter and fill-in-host at Atlanta-based radio station WABE FM 90.1, tweets:

“Some personal news, as they say. Today is my last day at @wabenews after almost 13 years at the station. I can’t put into words how much I will miss the people there.”

In her new role, Dalton will join the education team at the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

She joined WABE in May 2010 as a producer and reporter. Before that, she was a reporter and editor at CNN.

Dalton has a bachelor’s degree from Furman University and a M.Ed. from Georgia State University.
