Artsy appoints Thaddeus-Johns editor

Josie Thaddeus-Johns

Josie Thaddeus-Johns has joined Artsy full-time as an editor to cover museums, galleries, artist profiles and more, internationally. She is based in Berlin.

Since January 2022, Thaddeus-Johns has contributed to Artsy’s The Gallerist, a monthly art magazine newsletter/column that reports on trends affecting the art world.

She has also freelanced for The New York Times, The Economist, the Wall Street Journal Magazine, Financial Times, Vice, the Boston Globe, the Guardian and Dazed Digital.

Thaddeus-Johns graduated from the University of Oxford.
