Are writers also eligible for PPP loans?

Even the strongest journalists many find themselves in a fix now and then. With the novel coronavirus upon us, the world of journalism took a turn. From reporting news, journalists became part of the news as many news organizations furloughed employees, cut pays, opted for redundancies or just closed down.

However, Lou Carlozo from Qwoted says that even freelance writers can apply for PPP loans. He talks about some of the myths regarding the protection program and how it’s not only for small businesses.
