AP taps Megerian on the White House team

Chris Megerian

Chris Megerian, White House correspondent at the Los Angeles Times, will be leaving to join the White House team at The Associated Press.

He has also covered politics, the state police and the prison system for The Star-Ledger, and was an intern at Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Businessweek, and the Gwinnett Daily Post in Lawrenceville, Georgia.

Megerian has a B.A. in journalism and international studies from Emory University.
