AP names Bratton as U.S. enterprise editor

Anna Jo Bratton

The Associated Press has appointed Anna Jo Bratton U.S. enterprise editor on the global enterprise team.

She will be working from Phoenix, where she has served as deputy director of newsgathering for the U.S. West.

In that role, she oversaw breaking news and enterprise across 13 states.

Bratton has been with the AP for more than 14 years, joining as a political reporter. Prior to that, she was a design editor at Suburban Journals and before that an editor at Lincoln Journal Star.

Bratton holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
