An emotional farewell for veteran BBC journalist Joanna Gosling

Joanna Gosling, a journalist who had been with the BBC for 23 years has left. “Lucky me to have had this great job, that has never felt like a job,” she added.

Gosling served as a news anchor on BBC News Channel/BBC1/BBC2/BBC World since 1999. She hosted the mid-mornings on BBC News Channel and BBC2.

She anchored the BAFTA award-winning Victoria Derbyshire program on BBC2 from launch to program close.

Previously, she reported for Sky News, ITN, Central Television, Channel 5, Independent Radio News Ltd and FOX FM.
