Politico has tapped Afra Abdullah as associate audio producer, working primarily on the “Playbook Deep Dive” podcast.
She joins from SiriusXM, where she was an associate producer.
Previously, she was a freelance producer at Washington-based WPFW-FM 89.3, where she worked on the “On the Ground Show” podcast, which talks about topics related to politics, environmental protection and social justice.
Abdullah has a bachelor’s degree from Curry College and a master’s degree from American University.
