NBCUniversal has promoted Lindsay Weinberg to the post of assignment editor for E! News. She previously was writing breaking news stories for E! News, focusing on celebrities, pop culture and the entertainment industry.
She has also worked freelance and interned at and was an editorial assistant and then associate editor at The Hollywood Reporter.
She has also worked at Her Campus Media and The New York Times.
Weinberg is a UCLA graduate, where she also worked at the student paper.
