Policygenius appoints Kim as VP and GM of content

Financial services leader Policygenius has named Jeannie Kim as the company’s vice president and general manager of content.

In her new role, she will oversee the company’s content product strategy and manage the Content team. She will also continue to develop Policygenius into one of the leading content and SEO brands in the personal finance space.

Kim brings more than 20 years of experience in digital content and journalism to Policygenius.

Kim joins from The Muse where she was most recently VP of content. Before that, she was an editorial director at the company. She has also worked as a chief content officer at Samada. She was also with Time Inc. for more than 7 years, joining as health director, All You.

She then became executive deputy editor, Health, and then served as executive deputy editor, Health.

She has also created content for clients including MSN.com, iVillage, Match.com, Women’s Health, Shape, Good Housekeeping, and Marie Claire and was deputy editor, Redbook, at Hearst Magazines.

Kim has a Bachelor’s degree in English from Harvard University.
