Katelyn Harrop, senior audio producer at The Boston Globe has left. Harrop tweets:
“I’m incredibly grateful for all that I’ve learned over the last year and a half, and for the outstanding colleagues I’ve had the chance to work alongside. I look forward to starting a new chapter on Friday, as I join @WBUR as their newest podcast producer, working on brand-new local content!”
Harrop joined the Globe in 2021 as an audio producer. Before that, she was a talk show producer at Iowa Public Radio and contributed to Vice Media.
She covered breaking news, public policy, identity politics and online trends for ATTN.
Harrop has a B.A. in journalism from Ithaca College.
