Kayli Reese, a reporter covering communities and crime/courts for the Telegraph Herald in in Dubuque, Iowa will be taking on an expanded role of business reporter for the paper.
Reese has also previously interned at the Telegraph Herald and The Gazette in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
She graduated from the University of Iowa, where she has worked multiple reporter and editor roles at the student paper.
