The San Antonio Business Journal announced that editor-in-chief Sam Boykin is stepping down, effective immediately.
A story on its website states, “A search will begin soon for his replacement.
“‘We appreciate Sam’s contributions to the San Antonio Business Journal and the community during his tenure and wish him the best of luck in the future,’ said Market President and Publisher Jimmy Holmes.
“Boykin joined the San Antonio newsroom in 2021 and previously served as managing editor of its sister publication, the Sacramento Business Journal. He was managing editor for four years in Sacramento before joining the SABJ.”
