The St. Louis Post-Dispatch has hired Sarah Garrecht Gassen to be its business editor.
Gassen previously was opinion editor and a columnist at the Arizona Daily Star. She was also the mentoring and apprentice program director at the paper.
She had been at the Daily Star since April 1997 and also taught at the University of Arizona as an adjunct.
Gassen holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree from the University of Arizona.
