The Greater Wilmington Business Journal along the North Carolina coast is looking for a new editor.

Founded in 2000, the independent, locally-owned newspaper publishes every other week in print and daily online.

The Business Journal breaks news, provides in-depth coverage of important issues to the business community and writes profiles of area entrepreneurs, executives and other community leaders.

Located in historic downtown Wilmington, minutes from the ocean, the Business Journal offers an experienced editor or ambitious business reporter the opportunity to shape a newspaper and play an important role in a fast-growing community.

To apply, please submit a letter of interest, resume and clips to publisher Rob Kaiser at rkaiser@wilmingtonbiz.com or Greater Wilmington Business Journal, 130 N. Front St., Suite 105, Wilmington, NC 28401.

Kaiser previously worked as a reporter and editor at the Chicago Tribune, Baltimore Business Journal, Lynchburg News & Advance and Greater Fort Wayne Business Weekly.
