Lauren Elkies Schram has joined CPG Specialist, a Financial Times publication, as a senior reporter covering food and beverages.
She has been freelancing for the past year, and her work has appeared in Commercial Observer, The Real Deal, the New York Post, the New York Daily News and ICSC’s Commerce + Communities Today.
Schram previously was deputy editor of the Commercial Observer from January 2014 to April 2019 and a reporter and web editor for The Real Deal from 2006 to 2012. She also worked at The New York Sun and Crain’s New York Business.
Schram holds a bachelor’s degree from Florida Atlantic University.
