Fortune magazine has hired Amber Burton as a reporter.
She will be launching and writing a new newsletter called Chief Human Resources Officer Daily.
She previously covered work-related tech issues for Protocol. She has been at Protocol since June 2021.
Previously, she covered personal finance and diversity in business at The Wall Street Journal.
She earned an M.S. in strategic communications from Columbia University and B.A. in English and journalism from Wake Forest University.
