Agri-Pulse Communications, which provides news on agriculture, food and energy policy, has hired Garrett Downs to cover Congress and everything agriculture.
Recently, he was an associate editor/reporter at Inside U.S. Trade. He has also interned at Politico and Our Voice NYC. He was also an editorial clerk at the New York Post.
Downs graduated from St. John’s University.
