Melodie Warner is joining CNBC as a news editor. There, she will help manage the CNBC website.

Previously, Warner was with Bloomberg News, where she covered corporate and general breaking news from regulatory filings, press releases and social media posts.

Her new role begins late February.

Before that, Melodie spent 17 years at Dow Jones, where she was a copy editor and writer for The Wall Street Journal’s real-time news desk. She also managed a 30-person copy editing staff and daily operations of the Dow Jones Newswires’ spot news and media monitoring desks.

Melodie graduated from East Stroudsburg University in Pennsylvania with a double major in English and media studies.

Secondly, Pippa Stevens has joined dotcom’s markets team as a reporter focused on energy and renewables. She will also oversee the growing environmental, social and governance investing movement.

In her new role, Stevens will report to markets editor John Melloy.

Previously, she worked as a producer on CNBC’s midday show “Fast Money Halftime Report,” where she produced a wide variety of daily segments. Before that, she served as a production assistant at Fox Business.

Pippa graduated magna cum laude from Princeton University with a degree in classics.
