Laurens Cerulus has been promoted to the post of cybersecurity editor at Politico Europe.
He was previously a global cybersecurity correspondent covering cybersecurity, supply chain security, and critical infrastructure.
Before that, he was a senior policy reporter, focusing on cybersecurity and geopolitics in tech. He has also reported on technology, cybersecurity, privacy and data protection and has served as a web producer.
He has also freelanced and has also worked at the BBC.
Cerulus is an M.A. in international journalism from City University of London.
