Business journal launches redesign

May 22, 2008

The Tri-Cities Business Review in Michigan, which covers Saginaw, Bay City and Midland, has redesigned its Web site, writes editor Mark Fellows.

Mark FellowsFellows writes, “It’s a design that puts a premium on fresh content, with the newest postings appearing at the top of the center column and the first few paragraphs of each story, for an easy, quick read. For the full story, you need only click the link at the bottom of the blog post.

“We call it the impact format, and you will see more of it appearing across the Mlive.com family of online daily and weekly newspapers.

“We’ve also altered the TCBR story categories, located on each side of the page, to better conform to Michigan Business Review’s focus on innovation, business leadership and the industries that drive Michigan’s economy. Using these navigational tools, you can more easily access stories you want to read.”
